Estimated shipping charges can be viewed using the calculator on the “View Cart” page (only for US and Canada). If a tracking number or delivery confirmation number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received. Orders are charged the exact/actual shipping cost plus a small packaging fee.

Step 4: We will then ship your package within 1-2 days and send an e-mail regarding your shipment information.
IX. RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, please return your product(s) to us within 20 days of the original shipment date, no exceptions. A refund (in the payment method you have made by) will be issued as long as the product(s) have not been used, washed, or damaged and are in the same condition as you received them. Before returning any product(s), please make sure the item(s) is/are eligible for a return as well as emailing us the reason for return (please don't hesitate to ask any questions). Make sure to include your packing slip so we can identify your return, as well as a note indicating your reason for return. Also, your return must be shipped by a trackable method w/ an email providing us with the tracking #, returns@icecoldsake.com. Once we received the return, you will receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of the package being received.
